Vanessa is an experienced senior executive in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic and operational advice to help companies achieve their growth goals.
Over more than 20 years in the marketing and technology sectors, Vanessa has developed high-level skills in multiple industries across strategic branding, positioning, marketing, business development, human resources, and strategic operations.
Her previous experience includes Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Manager of global job management software company simPRO Group.
Lynelle Hills
Chief Financial Officer
Lynelle is an experienced SaaS executive who has worked with a range of high-growth companies across various sectors and has held senior executive positions with simPRO Software Group and Timely.
She has worked extensively with SaaS businesses from start-up to scale and helped them build strong financial foundations and rapid growth structures.
As Chief Financial Officer at CIRCOLO, Lynelle is responsible for building a robust business infrastructure and assembling the high-performing teams required to deliver on the company’s global growth plans.
Carole Niland
Industry Engagement Director
Carole has more than 10 years of experience working in the Australian hospitality and events sector, including as part of the Weddings & Conferencing team at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
She has been responsible for supporting the delivery of hundreds of weddings and events that combine bespoke venues, exceptional culinary experiences and the coordination of a range of third-party suppliers.
Carole provides CIRCOLO with a deep understanding of the events management industry in Australia and the challenges faced by the sector due to poor communication. Her insights have been critical to the development of the CIRCOLO platform and ensuring its diverse functionality and useability.
Andrew Crowe
Chief Product Officer/Chief Technology Officer
Andrew is an experienced Chief Product Officer with over 15 years of expertise in transforming product ideas into scalable solutions that deliver exceptional user value.
He led product development at simPRO Software, Authorized.by, and ilipa.one, specialising in B2B software solutions across various industries. Throughout these roles, Andrew built up high-performing product and development teams, driving innovation and scalable growth in the SaaS sector.
As Chief Product Officer at CIRCOLO, Andrew brings his extensive SaaS experience to drive product innovation and growth. He is committed to developing cutting-edge solutions that align with CIRCOLO’s mission, leveraging his strategic vision and track record of delivering world-class platforms to enhance the company’s product offerings and user experiences.
